Office Positions

• Processor – We are seeking experienced processors to assist our loan officers and office in the completion of our mortgage files. Processors must be experienced in mortgage software and able to handle variable loads of work depending on the day.

• Mortgage Consultant – Are you interested in an office job that includes high competitive pay? Interested in Real Estate or Mortgages? Do you have experience with consultative communication, sales, or customer service? Can you bring in a high energy attitude to work each day? Professional Financial Advisors

• Loan Officers – Our firm seeks licensed (or willing to become licensed) mortgage professionals. Loan Officers often appreciate that our firm offers experienced processors to help streamline their loans from start to finish. We also have an in-house pricing department which researches lenders, rates, and programs, which can be at your disposal. Having access to this department will increase your value to your referral partners and clients. Our firm is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, & Indiana. Our firm also holds our FHA license and mortgage banking license. Leading Edge Financial also offers leads in various forms to their internal loan officers.

• Team Leader/Manager with Team – Are you a manager of loan officers, or have the vision to become one? We do not hire from outside to oversee loan officers internally, but we can help support the growth of your team by offering competitive payouts for both you and your team. Our firm has leads to share with deserving teams, office space, and the capacity to help you succeed. Interview structure for this position will be a multi-step screening process, ultimately ending with a discussion with the owner.

• Investment Advisor/Insurance Agent – Leading Edge Financial is a full service financial firm offering mortgages, insurance and investments. Our motto, “Helping you Borrow, Protect & Save,” is a mission statement that most advisors can appreciate. When working on a client’s personal finances, a thorough advisor should never overlook any piece of the picture.

• External Advisor/Agent – If you currently are well situated in a firm, but wish to have access to mortgage services to compliment your practice and desire to be compensated, Leading Edge Financial can help quarterback and arrange a payout structure for referring advisors/agents. (proper licensing is required)
